I can travel for smaller jobs but there will be an additional fee for some of them.
I work at the dealership from 8-5. Once I'm off, I'll pull your vehicle into my work bay and begin working on it.
The following must be noted:
1. You will have to drop the vehicle off at my shop or house the night prior.
2. I do not provide loaner vehicles.
3. My day job comes first.
Yes, I will warranty all work I do. However, there is a limit to what I will and won't do. An expanded list can be found here.
Yes, there is a standard 1.0 labor hour per concern.
There are exceptions because not all concerns and vehicles are the same.
It depends.
If the issue is relatively simple or a common problem within a specific year/make/model then yes, the diag feel will go towards the repair. If the issue tends to be of a complex nature such as a heavy electrical diag or heavy mechanical diagnosis, then no the fee will not go towards the repair. This is because some diagnostic processes require me to remove entire sections or portions of your car in order to gain access to specific things to test.

The diagnostic fee is paid upon vehicle drop off.
Once diagnosed, I will send an itemized estimate to you showing the cost of the repair. This will show you what my cost of the parts are, what the dealership markup is and it will show you how much you are saving on parts alone with my discount.
If you want to proceed with the repair, payment will be due prior to repairs being made.
I offer both as an option for all repairs.
